Anchored in Hope

Anchored in Hope is a community-focused organization helping individuals and families find healing from life’s hurts, habits, and hang-ups, including addiction, trauma, grief, and mental health challenges.

You don’t have to stay stuck.
You don’t have to do it alone.
Serving the Eugene, Springfield and Willamette Valley with in-person services and nationally with online support.

What We Do

Anchored in Hope provides free recovery support, resources, and education for individuals and families navigating pain, loss, addiction, and mental health challenges. We meet people with compassion and dignity, without judgment, and help them take real steps toward stability, healing, and restored relationships.

Our work is powered by trained leaders and volunteers, strengthened by community partnerships, and supported by a growing digital outreach that reaches people far beyond Oregon.

Celebrate Recovery is one of our core programs — now operating under Anchored in Hope as part of a broader mission to expand services and strengthen long-term sustainability.

How It Works

Most people begin by attending a meeting and getting connected.
We protect confidentiality, prioritize emotional safety, and create a community where honesty is met with grace.

Community restores.

Hope empowers.

Truth heals.

The Most Important Things We Teach

  • You are not alone — and you are not beyond help

  • Shame lies; healing begins with honesty

  • Faith is a foundation, not a performance

  • Progress matters more than perfection

  • Boundaries are love, not rejection

  • Recovery is emotional, psycological, and spiritual

  • Accountability strengthens freedom

  • Community makes healing sustainable

  • Your story can become someone else’s lifeline
